Johnson Soils Company has development a specialty in the evaluation and design of rock excavations and stabilizations.  This comes through many projects on the Palisades cliffs along the Hudson River as well as other rock formation in northern New Jersey.  We utilize special coring techniques and computer software as part of our study.  Our staff has received specialized training in rock mechanics.
